My Journey into Health Coaching

That was me — caught in the constant rush, running on autopilot, and slowly losing connection to what really mattered.

A Turning Point

I realised that something had to change. I began reclaiming my life by studying at the Health Coaches Academy, where I am now completing my certification as a Health Coach. This journey has transformed me deeply. I learned to stop the downward spiral of being overweight, overwhelmed, and exhausted — and to rediscover energy, purpose, and balance.

It wasn’t an overnight transformation. It was a process of learning, unlearning, and making conscious choices — one small step at a time. And it’s this experience that inspires me to help others do the same.

My Mission

Today, my mission is to empower busy urban professionals to regain their energy, build resilience, and create sustainable habits that make life feel lighter, calmer, and more fulfilling. You deserve to feel balanced, in control, and thriving — not just getting through the day, but truly enjoying it.
