“I wanted to do this programme because I felt like something was missing from my routine. I thought I was doing everything but I still felt too tired and bloated every day and my body-image was not good and was declining fast. The programme helped me prioritise certain aspects of my life such as physical activity, hobbies and nutrition. I was able to tackle each of these areas one by one and was very helpful for me to complete each and not feel overwhelmed by too much to improve. In the case of the physical activity, I was able to try out new classes, feel confident going to the gym and also making a schedule to make myself go weekly.
